I have mastered Photoshop just enough to be able to crop and resize images. There are some from a couple sessions ago that I'd like to post, but not without giving everyone the opportunity to not share their work if they so choose. So, in the interest of privacy, if anyone has an objection to having their likeness and/or their art posted in rustyfish, please comment here or via my LJ email.

Hmmm, I wonder if I need to come up with some sort of release form for participants to sign off on... any ideas?

I have no objections either. I suppose you could do something like that, though probably just asking them at the time when you take the pictures is probably sufficient.

I'm fine with anything you post.

You should definitely have a release if you are taking more than casual pictures, i.e. a photoshoot, that spells out exactly how much control your model has over their image, and who owns the files of the photos, and who profits in what amount, from any picture you intend to sell.

For example, I won't do a shoot where I am in a provocative pose or revealing clothing unless I have the right to ask for the negative or the deletion of the picture if I don't like or am not comfortable with the result.

Makes total sense to me! I'm thinkin' that mebbe I oughta approach the stuff taken at rustyfish as though it were a shoot; I'd like to be able to use the photos for a progress portfolio...

Hmmm, gonna have to do some research. Oh, no! Not research!!! We hates research! Just kidding, we actually, loves it.

If I end up making a small business out of selling pocket labyrinths, some marketing photos would be spiffy!
